    Hey!

    I’m Sarah, age 25, and I love LiveJournal! If you haven’t yet figured it out, I’m a big dork.

    That being said, I’m a pretty normal person. Really, lol. You can get a pretty good feeling for who I am after looking through my Interests and the communities I belong to. Despite my sometimes-moodiness and sometimes-sadness, I'm a pretty happy girl. Also: I don't like, nor do I tolerate the "emo" or angry scenes. Grow up. I'm a nice girl, but get me going with your ridiculousness, and you'll probably see my wrath, lol. Okay, enough of that disclaimer, lol.


    Some basics? I'm bisexual and mostly out of the closet. I’m kind of a grammar Nazi. I've gotten better/nicer about it though, lol. I love summer. I love weather. I desperately want to see a real tornado. My favorite color is green. I love TV. (Bones, anyone? Tee hee.) I drink a lot of soda. (Love me some Code Red Mountain Dew!) I dislike stupid people. I love food. I’m way too overweight and trying to find the motivation to get healthy. I love dancing and singing. I’m obsessed with Titanic , Pirates of the Caribbean , Hairspray , Heavenly Creatures , Harry Potter and a zillion other fandoms. I dislike winter but I love the holiday season. I enjoy Halloween and the Fourth of July, too. I dislike feet. I can’t wait to be a mom. I love country music.

    I love film , photography , memories , writing and journaling , laughter , cross stitch , instant messaging , tarot ... and A LOT more. I also make icons! Check them out here.     I live in Elgin, IL and I'm hoping to start out my filmmaking career. I passionately love photography as well, and wouldn't turn my nose up at a career in that field. I graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Film in August 2010. Winter Park, Florida (school) had become a real home to me. My hometown is Elgin, IL, where I live, now, again, with my mother. I love Elgin! It's so historical. Two recent pets include Ethel, my hamster( November 2007 - April 2010) and my beloved dog of 13 years Leroy, who passed away on August 29, 2008. . At least half of my heart is in Hanover Park, IL, where I spent much time growing up. At least. It’s where I grew up, it’s where I call home.

    I love my friends more than anyone, and I like most of my family, lol. I’m also chronically single. LOL.

    I’m really approachable through my journal and through instant messaging – I am on all five major IM platforms; feel free to “stop by!” I'm really very nice.

    I can't wait to be a mom. It's my #1 goal/dream in life, alongside being in the movie world.
